This policy explains what information HUMTTO Iraq ("HUMTTO", "we", "us") collects when you use humttoiraq.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. HUMTTO is the exclusive agent for HUMTTO footwear, clothing and accessories in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, phone number, and email address if you provide one. Passwords are stored only in an encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to us.
• Sign-in with Google or Apple: if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them to create or match your account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
• Order and delivery details: the products you order, your delivery governorate, city or district, and the nearest landmark you give the courier, plus your order history.
• Payment details: when you pay by card, the payment is handled by a licensed payment provider that processes your card. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference, but we do not receive or store your full card number, expiry or security code.
• Device information: your language and theme preference and your shopping bag are stored on your own device to make the site work. Basic technical logs (such as your general request information) help us keep the site secure and running.

How we use your information

• To process, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To take and confirm your payment.
• To contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order and send delivery updates.
• To handle warranty claims, exchanges and returns.
• To manage your account, wishlist and order history.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

Payment

Orders placed on the online store are prepaid by card. Card payments are processed securely by a licensed payment provider; HUMTTO does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Where cash on delivery is offered on an order, you inspect the goods and pay the courier at your door.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to complete your order: your name, phone number and address are shared with the courier who delivers it, and your payment is processed by our payment provider. We use WhatsApp to send you order updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by others. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, order and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide warranty, returns and our normal business and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

• You can view and update your account details when you are signed in.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
• You can unsubscribe from offer emails at any time using the link in the email.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords, and card payments are handled by a licensed provider over a secure connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
